Yarnton Manor, Oxford
Las weekend was not an ordinary weekend. We took part of an incredible training experience, which opened the door to a new way of facing the future, by being prepared to different plausible scenarios. The activity took place at Yarnton Manor, in the premises of the Centre of Jewish Studies of Oxford University, just outside this inspiring and ancient city. The seminar was organised by the JDC International Centre for Community Development and the European Centre for Jewish Leadership (Leatid), in collaboration with JUNCTION and the Buncher Community Leadership Program. The Future Scenarios is a methodology developed by several decades by the oil company Shell, and is currently being adopted by the private and public sector as a powerful tool to improve their long term vision and as a team building strategy.
